Lotte Engineering & Construction has attracted over 36,000 people to the special supply of 'Jamsil LEEL' through the redevelopment of the Jamsil Misung Clover Apartments in Songpa-gu, Seoul.
According to the Korea Real Estate Board (REB) subscription home on the 29th, 36,695 people applied for the special supply of 106 units of Jamsil LEEL on that day, recording an average competition rate of 346.18 to 1.
The largest number of applicants were first-time buyers at 15,593, followed by newlyweds (15,046), families with multiple children (5,495), and those caring for elderly parents (492).
In the first-time buyer category with a dedicated area of 45㎡, 4 units for recruitment drew 4,895 applicants, showing a high competition rate of 1,223.75 to 1. The type with the most allotments, 59㎡B, which had 49 units, received applications from 18,749 people.
Jamsil LEEL is located at 17-6 Sincheon-dong, Songpa-gu, featuring three basement floors and a maximum of 35 above-ground floors, comprising a total of 1,865 units across 13 buildings. The site is in a 'triple transportation hub' location, near Jamsil Naruteo Station on Line 2, along with Jamsil Station (Lines 2 and 8) and Songpanaru Station (Line 9).
Numerous schools, including Jamdong Elementary, Bangi Middle, Jamsil Middle, and Jamsil High School, are located within walking distance, and the educational infrastructure is excellent, not far from the Gangnam tutoring area. Shopping facilities such as Lotte Department Store and Lotte World Mall are also nearby.
As it is an area subject to the sales price ceiling system, the selling price of 61.04 million won per 3.3㎡ is significantly lower than the surrounding area, leading to expectations of a substantial profit, even being dubbed the '10 billion lottery' subscription. The first priority subscription will be conducted on the 1st of next month.
