On the 29th, HDC Hyundai Development Company announced that it will collaborate with the Japanese landscape design group "Townscape" to enhance the landscape design for the Songpa Hanyang 2nd reconstruction project.
This collaboration features Hiroki Yamaguchi, a global landscaping expert who served as a landscape technical advisor for the Roppongi Hills and Azabudai Hills projects developed by Mori Building.
HDC Hyundai Development Company plans to develop the Songpa Hanyang 2nd reconstruction not just as a simple housing space, but as a new landmark of Songpa that integrates urban and natural elements with advanced technology.
Following SMDP in architectural design and LPA in lighting design, Townscape will join the landscaping field to provide a differentiated complex appearance and consistent high-quality designs for landscaping, lighting, and even the small paths within the complex.
