HDC Hyundai Development Company announced on the 29th that it will open the model home for the second phase of the Chuncheon Lake City I-Park and begin full-scale sales.
The second phase of Chuncheon Lake City I-Park will be developed in the area of 22-1 Samcheondong, Chuncheon City, Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province, consisting of a total of 218 units in three buildings with four underground floors and a maximum of 29 above ground.
The second phase of Chuncheon Lake City I-Park incorporates HDC Hyundai Development Company's smart home technology. First, a facial recognition system has been implemented in the common entrance, and a closed-circuit television system designed with Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) is installed to provide residents with a security-enhanced access control system. In the underground parking lot, emergency bells are installed at regular intervals for quick responses to emergencies, and there is also a system that indicates whether parking spaces are available.
The entrance camera is equipped with a black box function that automatically records when a suspicious person is detected, further enhancing security. Inside the units, wall pads, integrated switches, and smart switches have been installed.
Located adjacent to a neighborhood park, the natural green environment connects to the apartment complex, allowing access to landscaping facilities and walking paths. By eliminating above-ground parking spaces, it is designed as a 100% park-type apartment, enhancing comfort through landscaping centered around a multipurpose central plaza for events, relaxation, and play.
The area is rich in greenery, featuring Gongjicheon, Uiam Lake, Uiam Park, Samcheondong Ecological Park, Gongjicheon Recreation Area, and Gongjicheon Sculpture Park, ensuring a pleasant environment.

The subscription reception for the second phase of Chuncheon Lake City I-Park will begin with special supply on the 1st of next month, followed by first priority on the 2nd and second priority on the 3rd. The winners will be announced on the 10th, with contract signing scheduled between the 22nd and 24th.
