Umik Construction announced on the 29th that it will begin sales of 'Osan Seogyo Umirin Lake City' in September, which is being developed in the Seogu 2 area of Osan City.
'Osan Seogyo Umirin Lake City' will be constructed with a total of 1,424 units in 10 buildings, with 3 basement levels and a maximum of 29 above-ground floors, located at 50 Seodong, Osan City (Seogu 2 area), with exclusive areas of 84, 94, and 101㎡.
The complex is situated at the center of the Seogyo 2 and 3 districts (planned), and once completed, the Seogyo 1, 2, and 3 districts are expected to house approximately 66,000 units. In particular, the Seogyo 3 district is being developed as a 'self-sufficient connect city' that enhances R&D and business functions, taking advantage of its location at the center of the semiconductor cluster in the metropolitan area. Umik Construction noted that the value as a residential area for semiconductors is also expected to increase.
Currently operational Osan Station (Line 1) is nearby, and plans for the GTX-C line, Dongtan urban rail (tram, scheduled), and the extension of the Bundang Line are being pushed forward, significantly improving transportation conditions in the future. It is possible to walk to the nearby elementary school, and views of the Gagamsan area to the east and the riverside park development at Seodong Reservoir to the west are anticipated.
An indoor pool with a children's pool, a sky lounge on the top floor with views of Seodong Reservoir, and a guesthouse will enhance the landmark's value. Community facilities are planned to include an indoor golf range, fitness club, indoor table tennis room, café, a small library, separate reading rooms for men and women, and study rooms, focusing on education. The design of a car-free complex and the ample parking space of 1.5 units (excluding the parking lot for neighborhood commercial facilities) are also cited as one of the strengths of the complex.
A sales representative said, 'This complex will be supplied in a private land and will have a resale restriction period of six months, attracting high interest from actual buyers and investors.'
