Zigbang announced on the 27th that it has established a new 'Sales' menu to consolidate apartment sale information, including a list of non-ranking applications nationwide, and has strengthened related services.
Previously, to check apartment application complexes on Zigbang and Hogangnono, users had to go through processes like searching for complex names or exploring maps. The newly established 'Sales' menu allows for one-stop access to ongoing application complex lists, detailed information for each complex, and applications linked to the Application Home.
By clicking on the sales menu on the main screen of Zigbang and Hogangnono apps, users can easily grasp the apartment application complexes in major areas such as Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon, Busan, and Daejeon, and they are categorized according to each complex's schedule into 'Upcoming sales', 'Sales imminent', and 'In application' so that users can intuitively understand the status.
The detailed pages of each complex also provide essential information for practical decision-making, such as the number of units, price by type, application schedule, competition rates, and school district information.
In particular, a separate dedicated menu for non-ranking applications, which supplies remaining units that resulted from contract cancellations or non-contracts at the original sale price, has been established. Zigbang explained that this reflects the growing interest in so-called 'free application' among the youth and newlyweds. Non-ranking application complexes are organized and provided according to their schedules, and by pressing the 'Apply for application' button, users are directly connected to the Korea Real Estate Board (REB) Application Home.
Specialized functions for each app have also been strengthened. The Zigbang app allows users to view the 'Sales map', where they can see the location of complexes as well as surrounding transportation and convenience facilities at a glance. The Hogangnono app offers a 'Sales results' menu to check application competition rates, shortfalls, and winning points, which aids in formulating winning strategies. Both apps plan to continually expand the range of application-related services by adding features such as an application calendar and application point calculator in the future.
Anseongwoo, CEO of Zigbang, noted, 'Interest in apartment sales is steadily increasing across all age groups, from the youth to middle-aged people' and added, 'We will enhance our services so that everyone can easily and conveniently check application information through the sales menus of Zigbang and Hogangnono and proceed to apply.'
