Shin Young Co., Ltd. is opening a model home for the 'Jiwell Ellium Yangju Deokgye Station' complex, the first Jiwell brand complex introduced in the northern Gyeonggi area, on the 29th of this month and will begin the subscription process.
The 'Jiwell Ellium Yangju Deokgye Station' is located in Yangju, Gyeonggi Province, specifically in Deokgye-dong, at 152 and 10 other parcels of land. It features Shin Young's representative residential brand 'Jiwell' and Daebang Industrial Development's residential brand 'Ellium.' The complex will consist of 1,595 dwellings across 10 buildings, ranging from basement 4 to 39 floors, with unit sizes from 49 to 122 square meters. Of these, 1,355 dwellings will be sold to the public. Daebang Industrial Development will carry out the construction.
The subscription schedule begins with special supplies on September 1, followed by first-priority subscriptions on the 2nd and second-priority subscriptions on the 3rd. The winners will be announced on September 10, and the contracted winners will finalize contracts over three days from September 22 to 24.
Anyone aged 19 or older residing in the metropolitan area can apply for the subscription if they meet the 12-month account registration period and the deposit requirements for subscriptions, regardless of their housing ownership status or household head qualifications. The resale restriction period is six months.
The 'Jiwell Ellium Yangju Deokgye Station' is located a 5-minute walk from Deokgye Station on Subway Line 1, with easy access to major roads including Hoichun-nam-ro, which connects Yangju Okjeong and Hoichun, along with Pyeonghwa-ro, National Route 3, and Yangju IC on the Metropolitan Area Second Ring Expressway, facilitating convenient transportation in and out of the area.
The proximity to workplaces is also advantageous. Notable large-scale industrial complexes, including the 'Hoichun City Advanced Industrial Complex,' scheduled for completion at the end of this year, and the 'Gyeonggi Yangju Technovalley,' set for completion at the end of next year, as well as the Eunam General Industrial Complex, expected to be completed in April 2027, are all accessible within around 30 minutes by car.
A representative from Shin Young stated, 'The 'Jiwell Ellium Yangju Deokgye Station' is the first Jiwell brand complex to enter the northern Gyeonggi area, and we have aimed for differentiation from location selection to product quality,' adding, 'It will establish itself as a landmark complex of 1,595 dwellings in the prime location adjacent to Deokgye Station.'
The model home will be located at 61-2 Go-eup-dong, Yangju, Gyeonggi Province, with occupancy expected in April 2029.
