Hoban Construction announced on the 24th that it has been selected as the construction company for the reconstruction project of the Gunyoung Apartments in Misong-dong, Gwanak-gu, Seoul.
This project is to establish 612 apartment units and community facilities across 10 buildings with a total of four basement levels and 23 floors on the site of 746-43 Misong-dong in Gwanak-gu. The construction cost is approximately 205.9 billion won.
The complex is close to Sindabong Station on Line 2 and Guro Digital Complex Station, with Daelim Station, a transfer station for Lines 2 and 7, and Sillim Station, a transfer station for Line 2 and the Sillim Line, located within 2 km, making access to major business districts in Seoul convenient. It is also easy to travel to both Gangnam and Gangbuk in Seoul via the Southern Circular Road.
Nearby are Misong Elementary School, Misong Middle School, and Doksan High School, providing an excellent educational environment, as well as Yeongnam Elementary School, Munseong Middle School, and Nangok Middle School in proximity. It is also adjacent to Doksan Natural Park.
