Minister Kim Yoon-deok stated that the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport will present real estate supply measures by early next month at the latest.
On the 19th, Minister Kim attended the full meeting of the Land Infrastructure and Transport Committee held at the National Assembly in Yeouido, Seoul, and said, "It is clear that the supply measures must be in place for the June 27 measures to be completed." He added, "The Ministry is currently preparing various proposals and is in the process of coordinating with several other ministries."
Minister Kim stated, "If all goes well, we have set a principle to announce by August, but since the president's overseas schedule is also next week, if the practical adjustment process takes more time, I think we can announce it by early September at the latest."
