The complex features a south-facing layout to maximize sunlight and ventilation, complemented by luxurious exterior design and specialized landscaping. Various exercise facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, indoor golf club, gymnasium, and fitness club, are provided within the complex, along with conveniences such as a guesthouse, sauna, salon & book lounge (small library), senior salon (community center), residents' café, and coin laundry. Plans are in place to establish a sky community on the higher floors to allow simultaneous enjoyment of city views and leisure.
The application schedule starts with special supply on the 29th, followed by first priority for local areas on the 1st of the next month, first priority for other areas on the 2nd, and second priority applications on the 3rd. A spokesperson for Lotte Construction noted, 'LEEL is a high-end residential brand entering the core location of Jamsil, following Daechi, Banpo, and Cheongdam, and we expect high interest from buyers.' They added that 'Jamsil LEEL', facing the 123-story Lotte World Tower across a street, will become another landmark representing Jamsil.
