DL E&C announced on the 18th that it received a plaque of appreciation from the e-Pyunhansaeng Gunsan DIOceanruche pre-occupants' council for excellent construction quality and customer satisfaction.
The e-Pyunhansaeng Gunsan DIOceanruche consists of 2 underground floors and 29 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 155㎡, 8 buildings, and 800 apartment units. DL E&C began construction in October 2022 and completed it last July.
At a recent quality inspection event held after the completion of the complex, the pre-occupants' council praised the excellent quality of the apartments and presented a plaque of appreciation to the construction company, DL E&C.
A representative of the pre-occupants' council said, "During the quality inspection event that was conducted under the supervision of the Jeonbuk Provincial Office's quality inspection team and the pre-occupants' council, there were very few issues compared to other complexes in the province," and noted, "We presented the plaque of appreciation with trust and satisfaction in the meticulous construction and thorough quality management."
DL E&C actively utilized construction technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), building information modeling (BIM), and drones during the construction process to ensure top quality. They also designated hold points at each stage of construction and conducted thorough quality management through comprehensive inspections.
