The briefing will cover ▲ the announcement plan for new projects under the international cooperation research and development project in land transport in 2026 ▲ an overview of the Horizon Europe program ▲ sharing experiences in support and selection of the Horizon Europe partnership program ▲ matchmaking and proposal writing guidelines.

Speakers at this briefing will include Liner Vesley, an advisor; Kim Joo-young, a science counselor at the European Union Delegation to Korea; Kim Myung-soon, the national contact point (NCP) for Horizon Europe; Professor Park Yoon-mi from Seoul National University; Professor Lee Seok-hwan from Dong-A University; and Thomas Biel from Swiss NET, who will present on the importance of research cooperation between Korea and the EU and suggest future cooperation directions.

Kim Tae-kyung, the future strategy officer of the Ministry, said, 'The international cooperation research and development project in land transport will be an important stepping stone for domestic researchers to expand their global research networks and strengthen their technological competitiveness.' He added, 'I hope more researchers will be able to take on international joint research through this briefing.'
