Gangnam District is informing about "how to pay less real estate taxes." A tax expert will lecture on inheritance tax, gift tax savings strategies, and the latest tax law amendments.
Gangnam District announced on the 17th that it will hold a "real estate tax savings special lecture." The special lecture will be held at the community hall auditorium from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. on the 11th of next month.
Kim Ho-yong, a tax expert who has worked at the National Tax Service and the Ministry of Economy and Finance, will lead the lecture. Representative Kim had also given a lecture in Gangnam District last year, and in a survey conducted after the lecture, 98% of the respondents reported satisfaction.
This lecture will focus on inheritance tax, gift tax savings strategies, the latest tax law amendments, and practical tax-saving strategies that can be applied in daily life. After the lecture, a question-and-answer session will be held, allowing residents to consult on tax issues they are curious about.
Residents who wish to participate can apply through the district office website from the 18th to September 5th or, if they have difficulty using the website, they can apply by phone to the Tax Management Division.
Cho Seong-myeong, the Gangnam District head, said, "Since Gangnam District is a region sensitive to changes in real estate policy, it is necessary to help residents accurately understand tax laws and formulate tax-saving strategies." He added, "We will continue to provide practical tax services tailored to the needs of residents."
