The Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH) announced on the 12th that it will publicly disclose for the first time the upper and lower limits of the 'subscription savings deposit recognition amount' for winners of the public sale general supply.
LH decided to disclose the information on the subscription savings winning threshold, which was previously not released by either the private or public sectors, to enhance the fairness and transparency of the public sale subscription system. As a result, prospective applicants are expected to assess their chances of winning based on the disclosed information and devise subscription strategies that suit them.
LH plans to disclose the upper and lower limits of the subscription savings deposit recognition amount for the relevant complex when competitive selections occur within the general supply of public sale complexes.
The disclosure of the winning threshold will start with the Namyangju Wangsil A-1 block, which is scheduled to be announced on the 21st. Additionally, the winning thresholds for the first half public sale general supply (including prospective applicants) of three districts in the third new towns (Goyang Changnyeong, Hanam Gyosan, Bucheon Daechang) that have high interest among prospective applicants will also be disclosed.
However, since the selection of winners for special supplies is based on point scoring order and a draw for tied scores, the information regarding the subscription savings deposit recognition amount will be excluded from disclosure due to its low relevance.
