Dongil Construction announced on the 11th that it will begin sales of 'Asan Tangjeong Dongil Highville Park Lane' at A1 Block, located at 183-1 Galsan-ri, Tangjeong-myeon, Asan City, Chungcheongnam-do, in August. The complex features two basement floors and 33 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 152 square meters, totaling 821 units. A total of 738 units are available for general sale.
The Asan Tangjeong district urban development area is a residential town covering approximately 536,400 square meters, where more than 4,300 apartment units, commercial, educational, public facilities, and green spaces are to be developed. Several complexes have completed supply, and with the supply of the A1 Block, the large-scale residential complex development within the Tangjeong district is essentially coming to an end.
There are industrial facilities nearby, including Samsung Display Asan Campus, Asan Display City, Samsung Electronics Nano City Onyang Campus, and Tangjeong General Industrial Complex.
