On the 5th, HDC Hyundai Development Company announced that it has signed an agreement to establish a medical linkage system for residents of Nowon University Hospital and Seoul One Wellness Residence.
The signing ceremony was attended by Park Hee-yoon, head of the development division at HDC Hyundai Development Company, and Yoo Tak-geun, president of Nowon University Hospital. The two companies agreed to introduce a differentiated medical linkage system for residents of Seoul One Wellness Residence and collaborate on building a life care platform.
In the future, residents of Seoul One Wellness Residence will be able to enjoy medical services covering everything from daily health management to emergency response, including ▲regular health monitoring and customized exercise and nutrition recommendations ▲prevention-focused healthcare services ▲quick transportation to hospitals and medical connections in case of emergencies.
An official from HDC Hyundai Development Company noted, "This agreement will serve as a cornerstone for presenting a housing model that integrates healthcare and living through substantial links with medical institutions, going beyond simple partnerships with healthcare providers." He added, "As a future housing model responding to an ultra-aging society, it will allow residents to secure health and safety-related infrastructure in advance, optimizing their lifestyles."
According to HDC Hyundai Development Company, the agreement will also establish a secondary outpatient and emergency medical support system from outside, providing residents with a medical infrastructure with no gaps.
HDC Hyundai Development Company is developing a customized healthcare program within Seoul One Wellness Residence after signing a memorandum of understanding with Asan Medical Center last year. The company plans to diversify efforts to enhance the quality of life for residents by collaborating with local medical institutions and cultural and educational organizations.
