Jeil Construction plans to supply the 10-year private rental apartment 'Gimhae Technovalley Jeil Pungeunchae' in the Jinrye Silla district of Gimhae City, Gyeongsangnam-do this month.
Gimhae Technovalley Jeil Pungeunchae will consist of 440 units across 9 buildings, with 3 basement levels and 15 above-ground floors. All units will be designed as a single area of 84㎡, which is preferred by consumers. It will be offered as a private rental, allowing residents to live stably for up to 10 years without the worry of moving, and it will not be included in the count of dwellings, thus avoiding various tax burdens.
