On the 4th, the developer DIO announced that it will supply 'Ravium Hangang' at 381-49 Hapjeong-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, in September.
'Ravium Hangang' will be a high-rise mixed-use development located along the Han River, with DIO as the developer and HL D&I Halla as the construction company.
The complex will be composed of 198 small housing units with exclusive areas of 40-57㎡, 65 officetel units with exclusive areas of 66-210㎡, totaling 263 units. The units with exclusive areas of 114-210㎡ will be penthouse types. Additionally, community facilities will be available on the basement level 1 and ground levels 1-3.
'Ravium Hangang' will be developed as a high-rise up to 38 floors, offering a panoramic view for some units. Southeast-facing units will have views of Seogang Bridge, Mapo Bridge, Bamseom, and Yeouido, while southwest-facing units will overlook Yanghwa Bridge, Dangsan Bridge, and the view of Yeouido. The complex is located just a 1-minute walk from Hapjeong Station on Subway Lines 2 and 6, right in front of the station.
