TXR Robotics, a subsidiary of Eugene Group specializing in robotics and logistics automation, has begun global collaboration to enhance its robotic automation technology competitiveness.
On the 4th, TXR Robotics announced that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with iRAYPLE, a Chinese company specializing in machine vision and autonomous mobile robots (AGV/AMR), to advance the technology of next-generation robotic automation solutions.
The signing ceremony, held on the 1st at the headquarters of Dahua in Hangzhou, China, was attended by key officials from both companies, including TXR Robotics CEO Um In-seob, Executive Director Choi Jong-guk, Executive Director Kim Dae-gwang, Executive Director Choi Sung-ho, and iRAYPLE Vice President and Co-founder Li Ming, East Asia General Manager Eric Zhang, and Kim Kyung-sung, head of the Korean branch.
Through this agreement, TXR Robotics is expected to establish a comprehensive technology collaboration system that includes ▲ standardization of robotic automation hardware platforms ▲ advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) vision-based applications ▲ regular technical exchanges and promotion of joint projects.
In particular, TXR Robotics plans to pursue technology collaboration and localization to implement an 'intelligent robotic automation solution' optimized for industrial sites by integrating iRAYPLE's high-precision machine vision with its own robotic control (FMS) and SLAM-based autonomous driving technologies.
To this end, iRAYPLE's autonomous mobile robots will be introduced as the standard platform for TXR Robotics solutions and prioritized for project application, with plans to enhance system stability and operational efficiency. Additionally, it aims to strengthen solution competitiveness through iRAYPLE's high-performance vision cameras and target the domestic and international markets based on this.
iRAYPLE, which has signed the agreement with TXR Robotics, is a core subsidiary of Dahua Group, a powerhouse in the global video surveillance market. iRAYPLE possesses exceptional technological capabilities in the fields of machine vision and autonomous mobile robots, which are pivotal to robotic automation. It is especially recognized for its outstanding integration capabilities in hardware and software design, making it a corporation with global competitiveness in core components of robotic automation.
Through this agreement, the two companies plan to create a powerful synergy by combining their core technologies, seizing the domestic high-end robotic automation market while drastically enhancing their competitiveness in the global market.
