Hyundai E&C announced that it will conduct the subscriptions for the "Hills State Hoengseong Station Park View" from August 9 to 11.
"Hills State Hoengseong Station Park View" is a complex with a scale of 1,816 units, located at 281-21 Hoewondong, with three basement levels and 33 above-ground floors, and unit areas ranging from 39 to 84㎡. Among them, 674 units with areas of 59 and 84㎡ will be sold to the public.
The number of units available for public sale by unit area is ▲59㎡A 50 units ▲59㎡B 109 units ▲59㎡C 43 units ▲84㎡A 382 units ▲84㎡B 40 units ▲84㎡C 50 units.
The complex is located about 3 kilometers in a straight line from the boundary of Seoul. Hoewondong, where the complex is situated, is known for its excellent accessibility to Seoul and well-equipped infrastructure facilities.
The complex is within walking distance to Hoengseong Station on Line 1 and Uijeongbu Light Rail, with entry to Seoul (Dobongsan Station) possible in just two stations. Major business districts in Seoul, such as City Hall Station and Gangnam District Office Station, can be reached in about 40 minutes. It is also close to major road networks like the Gyeonggi-do First Circular Highway and Dongbu Expressway.
It also has an educational environment favored by parents. The complex is located in an educational district adjacent to Hoewon Elementary School and Hoewon Middle School, ensuring safe commuting for young children. The underground construction project of the Dongbu Expressway is also underway. In October of last year, the private project section (Wolseong IC to Samseong IC, scheduled to open in 2029) began. When the project is completed by 2034 for the public fund section (from Hwagye-dong in Nowon-gu to Songjeong-dong in Seongdong-gu, and from Cheongdam-dong to Daechi-dong in Gangnam-gu), the travel time from Wolgye IC to Daechi IC is expected to decrease from the current 50 minutes to about 10 minutes.

The complex's public sale units are arranged primarily facing south to enhance light and ventilation. It also offers spaciousness by securing visual open spaces, considering airflow. Various landscaping facilities have been prepared throughout the complex, including children's playgrounds, social community gardens, healing gardens, family gardens, healing forests, picnic gardens, grass gardens, turf squares, and central plazas to improve comfort.
The floor plans have been diversified to reflect consumer needs. The 59㎡A and 84㎡A types feature a striking 4-bay flat design, while the rest are designed in a tower type for openness and privacy. Additionally, all units for public sale include a dressing room, and the 84㎡ models offer additional storage spaces like pantry areas in the kitchen, entrance, and hallway, depending on the type.
A large-scale community appropriate for the large complex will also be created. Amenities will include fitness facilities for health management, a golf practice range, a screen golf course, GX rooms, a sauna, a kids' playroom (indoor play area), separate reading rooms for men and women, a small library, a community care center, a work lounge, and a hills lounge. A guest house that can be used as a guest accommodation or party space will also be constructed.
The sample housing for the complex will be operated at 314-7 Hoewondong, Uijeongbu. The move-in is expected to be in April next year.
