On the 24th, Geumgang Housing announced that it will open the model house for 'Daeam Station Geumgang Pentirium Lake Fore' in the Gunpo Daeamyi public housing district B1 block and start sales.
This complex will consist of 5 buildings with 502 units, ranging from 2 basement levels to a maximum of 27 floors, of which 452 units will be available for general sale. The application requirements for first priority are that the subscription account must be open for at least 12 months, meeting the deposit requirements by region and area, and applicants must be at least 19 years old and reside in Gunpo City and the metropolitan area (Gyeonggi, Seoul, Incheon). Homeowners can also apply for first priority.
The Gunpo Daeamyi public housing district, where the complex will be built, is an area released from the green belt and is expected to become a new residential town with over 5,000 households. There are plans for kindergartens and elementary and middle school sites nearby, making it possible for children to walk to school. The complex will be subject to the sale price cap system.
Nearby Daeam Station on Line 4 allows for transit-free travel to Sadang Station in about 30 minutes, while Geumjeong Station, accessible via transfers between Line 1 and Line 4 and the planned GTX-C, facilitates easy access to Shindorim, Suwon, Anyang, and Uiwang.
Daeam Station Geumgang Pentirium Lake Fore features a four to five-bay flat design for all units, enhancing openness, natural light, and ventilation. Each type includes an alpha room, a kitchen pantry, and an entry pantry to secure ample storage space. The introduction of flexible wall structures allows two bedrooms to be utilized as one large space, or the living room can be integrated with a bedroom to create an open feel.
Community facilities will include exercise amenities such as a golf practice range, fitness center, and GX room, as well as a small library, daycare center, community care center, senior center, and study room.
