Dongbu Corporation won a large-scale road construction project in Vietnam.
On the 21st (local time), Dongbu Corporation signed a construction contract for the "My An–Cao Lanh Road Construction Project" ordered by the Ministry of Construction of Vietnam at the PMU MY THUAN office in Ho Chi Minh City, successfully securing the project, it announced on the 23rd.
This project involves the construction of a 4-lane road and 18 bridges along a total length of 26.6 km, as well as the reinforcement of weak ground. The total construction cost is approximately 216.6 billion won, with Dongbu Corporation leading the overall construction as the primary contractor. The project will utilize funds from the Economic Development Cooperation Fund (EDCF) of The Export-Import Bank of Korea and the Vietnamese government, with an estimated construction period of about 36 months.
This project is being highlighted as a key driver for improving transportation networks in the Mekong Delta region, enhancing logistics efficiency, and further advancing Vietnam's economic development.
Dongbu Corporation is conducting the "Tan Van–Nhon Trach Road Construction Section 2" project connecting Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai Province. This site has received high praise from the Vietnamese government and local communities for quality, safety, and overall project management.
