HDC Hyundai Development Company announced on the 23rd that it will introduce customized asset management services for residents of the Seoul One Wellness Residence in partnership with Hana Bank.
HDC Hyundai Development Company has signed a business agreement to incorporate products and services from Hana The Next, a senior-focused brand of Hana Financial Group. The agreement ceremony, held the previous day at HDC Hyundai Development Company headquarters, was attended by CEO Jeong Gyeong-gu and Hana Bank President Lee Ho-seong.
Through this agreement, HDC Hyundai Development Company plans to provide residents of Seoul One Wellness Residence with integrated solutions for asset management services and residential welfare from Hana The Next. The company aims to focus on supporting related demand within a housing model that encompasses all age groups, considering the aging society.
CEO Jeong said, "We will provide top-level integrated services through the connection of housing and finance," adding, "We will continuously develop composite services that encompass finance, healthcare, and culture to enhance the residential satisfaction of residents at Seoul One Wellness Residence."
Following the successful sale of Seoul One I-Park last year, HDC Hyundai Development Company is set to introduce Seoul One Wellness Residence, planning a differentiated private rental housing that combines hotel-style services and healthcare.
HDC Hyundai Development Company explained that the wellness residence will be developed as a customized housing model to enhance residents' quality of life, providing comprehensive life care services through healthcare programs from Asan Medical Center, a 24-hour health management office, hotel-style dining, F&B, housekeeping, and smart concierge.
In addition to the business agreement with Hana Bank, HDC Hyundai Development Company has entered into partnerships with various institutions such as Kakao Mobility, Snow Peak, Marriott International, and Korea University. The company aims to provide various content and a high-quality residential culture in Seoul One to create a prosperous life for residents.
