The WOOSUNG Apartment, located in Sinjeong-dong, Yangcheon District, will increase the number of dwellings from 1,140 to 1,299 through horizontal expansion remodeling. The 159 additional dwellings from this project are planned to be sold in April 2028. Construction is set to begin in March 2028, with completion expected in October 2031.
The WOOSUNG Apartment in Mokdong 2nd, located in the vicinity of 337 Sinjeong-dong, Yangcheon District, is close to the Yangcheon District Office Station on Seoul Subway Line 2. It shares part of the Mokdong school district and has good accessibility to private educational institutions.
In this review, the complex has been restructured from a vehicle-centered ground space to a pedestrian-centered space enriched with greenery and landscaping. It plans to create a community complex that communicates with the local area by introducing shared facilities for residents, opening walls, and expanding open parking lots.
Meanwhile, the architectural committee also approved the expansion project of Asan Medical Center. It plans to change the design of the cerebrovascular center to a proton therapy center and increase the parking building's structure from four stories to six stories.
The architectural committee has passed the expansion plan for the proton therapy center for the treatment of intractable cancers. In particular, by changing the parking structure to six stories, the number of parking spaces will increase by 502. The expansion of Asan Medical Center is scheduled for completion in March 2031.
