A promotional briefing for the redevelopment of Bangbae Sin Samho in Seocho-gu, Seoul, was held. HDC Hyundai Development Company announced on the 21st that it held its first standalone promotional briefing for the redevelopment of Bangbae Sin Samho on the 19th.
The briefing, held at a venue with approximately 300 seats (Banpo El Luche Convention), was attended by Jeong Kyung-gu, CEO of HDC Hyundai Development Company, along with the delegation. Jeong emphasized at this event that he highly values Bangbae Sin Samho as a premium residential complex representing Banpo and stated, "I will take full responsibility for the entire process, from permits to construction and post-completion management."
During the briefing, HDC Hyundai Development Company unveiled proposals aimed at reducing burdens on members. Construction costs were set at 8.76 million won per pyeong, which is about 1.3 million won lower than nearby business sites, and any increase in construction costs due to inflation will be deferred for two years. Financial and relocation support conditions, including a project financing interest rate of CD+0.1%, a loan-to-value ratio of 100% for relocation expenses per household, and self-financing of 200 billion won in project promotion costs, were also proposed.
Meanwhile, the general meeting for selecting the construction company for the redevelopment of Bangbae Sin Samho is scheduled to be held on the 26th. The preferred negotiation partner, HDC Hyundai Development Company, plans to begin a detailed proposal presentation and the unveiling of alternative design plans based on this promotional briefing.
