Dongbu Corporation announced on the 21st that it has been selected as the construction company for the 'Gaepo Hyundai 4th District Housing Redevelopment Project' located in Ilwon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
The Gaepo Hyundai 4th District Housing Redevelopment Project is a project to create a high-end residential complex with 178 households, consisting of 4 underground floors and 28 above-ground floors, on a site of approximately 36,000 square meters at 614 Ilwon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
The total construction cost is approximately 100.1 billion won. Dongbu Corporation plans to apply its high-end brand 'Centreville Asterium' here.
At the construction company selection general meeting held on the 19th, Dongbu Corporation received 114 votes in favor out of a total of 122 votes from members.
Dongbu Corporation cited its experience in constructing high-end residential complexes in major areas of Seoul, including Daechi Centreville and Centreville Asterium Banpo, and the brand competitiveness of 'Centreville Asterium' as reasons for receiving strong support from many members.
The project site is close to major roads such as Gaepo-ro and Yangjae-daero, as well as key transport networks, including the Seoul Subway Bundang Line and Line 3 (Daemosan Entrance Station, Daechung Station, Suseo Station). It also boasts an excellent educational district with nearby Daechung Elementary School, Jungdong High School, and Daechi Academy Street, along with ample living infrastructure including hospitals in Ilwon-dong and the Gaepo commercial area.
Dongbu Corporation has been consistently supplying the 'Asterium' brand in major areas of Seoul. It has provided ▲Centreville Asterium Seoul ▲Centreville Asterium Yongsan ▲Centreville Asterium Banpo ▲Centreville Asterium Signature (Yeokchon-dong, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul) among others.
With this contract, Dongbu Corporation has strengthened its premium residential business portfolio in Gangnam and plans to further solidify the presence of the Centreville Asterium brand, focusing on key areas of Seoul.

In the first half of this year, Dongbu Corporation recorded orders worth 600 billion won in the field of urban regeneration in Seoul.
