Following this, Daewoo E&C showcased high-end residential products through 'Yongsan Prugio Summit' in 2014, receiving evaluations that the company has upgraded Korea's residential complexes with advanced technologies in design and finishing.
Originally, Daewoo E&C introduced 'Summit' in the 'Yongsan Station Front Zone 2' redevelopment project, selected as the construction company in 2006, surpassing Samsung C&T. Even during its sale in 2014, 'Yongsan Prugio Summit' overwhelmed 'Raemian Yongsan,' which is located right next door, with premium finishing materials and advanced design. The story of the assembly at Zone 3, which was preparing for sale around the same time, visiting the model house of 'Yongsan Prugio Summit,' noticing a significant difference in finishing materials, and delaying the sale by about a month to upgrade the finishing materials is well-known. Currently, 'Yongsan Prugio Summit' is established as a representative high-end residential complex near Yongsan Station.
Subsequently, 'Seocho Prugio Summit,' introduced by Daewoo E&C, presented a design that changed the flow of high-end residential complexes with the first sky community facility. The 'Seocho Prugio Summit,' rebuilt from the Seocho Samho 1st Apartment, is located at the entrance of the Gyeongbu Expressway and has received high praise for installing communal facilities such as a book café on the sky bridge connecting buildings 201 and 202. Moreover, while previously the highest floor of redevelopment complexes was sold as penthouses for maximum revenue, 'Seocho Prugio Summit' designed a fitness center on the 35th floor of the first complex to allow residents to exercise while overlooking the night view of Gangnam, creating a fresh response in the urban redevelopment sector.
'Gwacheon Prugio Summit,' rebuilt from Gwacheon Jugong 1st Complex, is also receiving evaluations for leading the trend of high-end residential complexes. The sky lounge and guest house located on the top floor feature furniture from the Italian luxury brand 'Febalcasa,' and various communal facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, fitness center, and sauna, were placed in the main community facility, which is 9,300㎡ in size, larger than a soccer field, creating the phrase 'better Gwacheon than Gangnam' as it surpassed the level of the highest-end complexes in Gangnam at the time of move-in. Through this, 'Gwacheon Prugio Summit' has currently positioned itself as a leading apartment in Gyeonggi Province and is recognized as a landmark complex in the center of Gwacheon City, where many large construction company apartment brands gather.
In particular, 'Gwacheon Prugio Summit' changed the business promotion method to a post-sale method that was not proposed at the bidding to maximize the interests of the union during the project process, waiting for the optimal sales timing until the construction progress reached 60%. Ultimately, Daewoo E&C sold out the general sale at about 40 million won per 3.3㎡ in this complex, providing average refunds of nearly 200 million won per household to the assembly, establishing itself as a successful case in the reconstruction business.
Based on such achievements, Daewoo E&C introduced 'Blanc Summit 74' in a key area of the Busan North Port redevelopment last year, and despite the economic downturn in the local real estate market due to high material costs and interest rates, it surprised the construction industry this year by selling out both apartments and officetels at the beginning of the year. The construction industry assessed that Daewoo E&C's differentiated high-end residential complex specialized design and products received high evaluations, which led to the success of early sales.
With Daewoo E&C rewriting the history of high-end residential complexes in Korea, the company is currently striving to be chosen as the construction company for the reconstruction complex of Gaepo Woosung No. 7, which is evaluated as the last puzzle of the Gaepo development district in Gangnam.
Daewoo E&C, which declared its commitment by putting the sincerity of all employees into the bidding for the Gaepo Woosung No. 7 reconstruction project, proposed a CD+0.00% interest rate for the essential project cost and prepared elevators that protect privacy to be accessible by household line through specialized design. Additionally, they reflected food waste transportation facilities to ensure a convenient living for members, fully preparing everything needed for constructing the highest-end apartment complex. In particular, the design of the sky bridge, the longest in the Gaepo-dong area at 80m, is noted to be a major factor for establishing a landmark complex in the area if Daewoo E&C is selected as the construction company for the reconstruction project of Gaepo Woosung No. 7.
