On the 16th, the Seoul Housing and Land Corporation (SH) conducted joint fire response training with the Gangseo Fire Station at the Gayang Complex 4 permanent rental apartments, the company announced on the 17th.
The two companies signed a business agreement last month to enhance fire safety for aging rental housing. Following this, they conducted training to improve disaster response capabilities for residents and on-site personnel.
The training was conducted in various ways, including ▲119 fire reporting ▲management office announcement broadcasts ▲dispatching fire extinguishing teams on site ▲fire suppression using indoor fire hydrants and pump trucks ▲rescue operations using aerial ladders ▲guiding residents to evacuate.
SH President Hwang Sang-ha noted, "We will closely cooperate with the Seoul Fire and Disaster Headquarters to enhance the fire safety of aging rental housing," adding, "We will do our best to create a living environment where residents can feel safe."
