HDC Hyundai Development Company announced on the 16th that it will showcase differentiated landscaping in collaboration with Samsung C&T for the redevelopment of Bangbae Sin Samho in Seocho-gu, Seoul.
An official from HDC Hyundai Development Company noted that they plan to present premium landscaping that surpasses One Bailey through a strategic partnership with Samsung C&T, which possesses global landscaping specialization capabilities.
Samsung C&T's resort division has led the domestic landscaping industry with various projects, including Everland in Yongin, the largest theme park in Korea, large apartment complexes, luxury resorts, and parks.
According to detailed plans, piloti structures reaching 7.5 to 10 meters will be installed at the main building of Bangbae Sin Samho to provide openness within the complex and ensure the privacy of residents. A corridor-type walking path, totaling 325 meters, will be created as a "living gallery" combining landscaping, art, and architecture.
The theme square, consisting of "Nature Square," "Art Square," and "Community Square," will be designed as a relaxation space for residents that allows for various community activities. At the center of the residents' community will be "Lumiere Garden," featuring landscaping at a luxury hotel level.
Meanwhile, Bangbae Sin Samho will transform into approximately 920 housing units through the redevelopment project. The construction company selection meeting will be held on the 26th. HDC Hyundai Development Company has named the complex "THE SQUARE 270."
