KT Estate announced on the 15th that its corporate rental housing, Remarkville, will unveil the urban-concept rental housing 'Remarkville Dangsan.'
Remarkville Dangsan is a corporate rental housing located in Dangsan-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, with a total of 218 units and an exclusive area of approximately 28㎡ to 45㎡ (1 to 1.5 rooms).
Remarkville Dangsan was developed through a real estate fund managed by Pacific Asset Management. KT Estate is responsible for investment and development, while the operation is handled by KT Living, a company specializing in the management of rental housing.
Remarkville Dangsan is a city-concept Remarkville, marking the first attempt under the Remarkville brand. The external walls feature red bricks that express the concept of a classic city. Curved arched windows and arch structures reflecting the value of the cultural and artistic city of Yeongdeungpo-gu have been installed.
Internally, arched structures and red bricks are used in the corridor, elevator hall, retail facilities on the first floor, and the community area, maintaining the concept of the exterior throughout.
Inside the units, large arched windows and arched supports have been utilized. The color of the furniture and wallpaper has been varied by type to showcase the identity of Remarkville Dangsan.
Remarkville Dangsan also has significant locational advantages. It is situated in a prime location near the Yeongdeungpo-gu Office Station on Line 2 and Line 5. The Yeouido area, one of Seoul's business districts, can be reached in about 10 minutes, while the Seoul Central City Area, home to the City Hall and Gwanghwamun, is about 20 minutes away.
The main type of Remarkville Dangsan has an exclusive area of over 28㎡ (8.5 pyeong), making it approximately 150% larger than a typical studio (5 to 6 pyeong). Furthermore, all units come equipped with built-in appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, and system air conditioners.
The community facilities include a staircase lounge, a shared kitchen, a coin laundry room, a screen golf course not commonly found in other rental housing, and individual shower and dry sauna rooms.
The rooftop features a grassy terrace and a wooden deck with awnings. There are also individual sunbeds available for outdoor parties and gatherings.
Remarkville Dangsan consists entirely of self-parking for 150 cars rather than a mechanical parking system, enabling quick access.
Since it is directly managed by corporations, residents can maintain a stable living situation regardless of rental scams or market fluctuations. Assurance of deposit return and tax benefits can be received through monthly rent income deductions during year-end tax settlements.
Meanwhile, Remarkville is a corporate rental housing brand launched by KT Estate in 2016, becoming the first of its kind in the country. This Remarkville Dangsan is KT Estate's eighth Remarkville and the second within Yeongdeungpo-gu.
