Yu Seung Construction announced on the 14th that it has successfully sold out its first private sale apartment, 'Gwangmyeong Yu Seung Han naedul La Foret', in the urban development project area of Gureumsan District in Gwangmyeong City.
Gwangmyeong Yu Seung Han naedul La Foret is a residential complex being developed in the A4 block of Gureumsan District (380-1 Sohwa-dong, Gwangmyeong City), comprising two underground floors and a maximum of 18 above-ground floors, with 10 buildings and a total of 444 households. The apartments are designed in medium-large sizes with exclusive areas of 83 and 93 square meters, featuring a 4-bay design.
Yu Seung Construction explained that the high demand leading to the swift sell-out was due to the symbolic significance of it being the first private sale in Gureumsan District, its excellent location sharing the Seoul living zone, and reasonable pricing.
Compared to the sale prices of apartments in Seoul, the prices have been set at around 800 million won, which is about 1 billion won cheaper, with an average sale price of approximately 29 million won per 3.3 square meters.
Last month, Yu Seung Construction completed the purchase of the A2 block in Gureumsan District and was officially designated as the final business operator. On the 20th of last month, it paid a bid bond of 49.8 billion won to Korea Asset In Trust and submitted an application for a negotiated contract, receiving notification of its selection as a buyer from Korea Asset In Trust.
The A2 block is the largest area within Gureumsan District (approximately 27,077 pyeong), where a large apartment complex of 1,406 households is expected to be built. Sales will take place in the first half of 2027.
Meanwhile, Yu Seung Construction, founded in 1985, is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year. The credit rating of Yu Seung Comprehensive Construction is A-. It owns various affiliates, including Yu Seung Construction Co., Ltd. and Baekhak Tourism Development Co., Ltd.
