Daewoo E&C announced on the 11th that the "Blanc Summit 74" apartment in Dong-gu, Busan, has been completely sold out as of the 8th.
Following the successful sale of all 276 units of the officetel in June, the sale of 998 apartment units has also been successfully completed. This is attributed to the combination of limited medium- to large-sized units available in Busan, excellent location, and various development opportunities, including the redevelopment of the North Port. Daewoo E&C also expressed anticipation for the upcoming sales of "Summit Limited Namcheon" in Namcheon-dong and "Seomyeon Summit The New" in Jeonpo-dong.
"Blanc Summit 74" is a blend of BLANC (pure white), SUMMIT (peak), and 74 (landmark floor count: 69 above ground and 5 below). Daewoo E&C's high-end residential brand "Summit" will be applied. The complex will consist of three apartment buildings and one officetel, with a total of 998 apartments ranging from 94 to 247 square meters and 276 officetel units ranging from 84 to 118 square meters.
This complex will be located in a site that offers views of the Busan Port and the Busan Port Bridge. Each unit is oriented to the south for excellent daylight and ventilation, and a ceiling height of up to 2.6 meters has been applied. The design maximizes storage space with dedicated entrance storage, hallway pantries, dressing rooms, and built-in closets by unit type.
Various specialized design options will be provided, including premium finishing materials like "LifeUp Styling," "LifeUp Kitchen," and "LifeUp Bath." With a design that features a car-free park-like complex, the residential environment is also pleasant. Each household has ample parking space with a ratio of 1.9 cars, and the design of a circulatory underground parking lot enhances the convenience of movement for residents.
The community facilities are also diverse. A three-generation high-end community, "Summit Lounge," will be established. On the 45th floor of the complex, the "Sky Amenity" will offer ocean views, along with two "45 Waterscape" areas for private spas, a "Signature Guesthouse," and a lounge-style study area called "Beomil Study."
On the second floor, a residents-only "Gated Community" will be established. This area will feature fitness facilities, including a swimming pool, fitness club, group exercise (GX) club, pilates and sauna, and a private golf club (officetel). Dining services for residents will also be provided.
"Blanc Summit 74" is a transit-oriented development located within walking distance of the Chajang Station and Beomil Station on Line 1 of the Busan subway and Munhyeon Station on Line 2. Using Line 1 Chajang Station, it is a three-stop distance to KTX Busan Station, taking about five minutes. The International Financial Center Station is also one stop away via Line 2 Munhyeon Station. The surrounding road network is also diverse, with the Sujeong Tunnel connecting to Chajang-dong, Dong-gu and Gayadong, Busanjin-gu, as well as the Chajang Overpass and urban expressways nearby.
The educational environment is also excellent. Seongnam Elementary School is within walking distance, and schools such as Baegjeong High School and Deressa Girls' High School are located within a 1 km radius. The nearby Seomyeon is well-equipped with various lifestyle infrastructures. Facilities such as the Hyundai Busan Connex and Lotte Department Store Busan Main Branch, Busanjin Market, and Nammun Market are easily accessible.
The property is also expected to benefit from redevelopment in the North Port. The Busan North Port redevelopment project is underway, transforming it into a global tourism area that integrates marine leisure, culture, commerce, and business. Currently, the second-phase project is being actively pursued, with plans for port redevelopment at Jaseongdae Dock and Yanggok Dock, railway relocation at Busan Station, and development connecting to the old downtown. The third phase of the North Port redevelopment project is also in progress.
As the government actively promotes the transfer of the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries to Busan, positive expectations are spreading throughout the local community and the marine-related industries. Currently, Dong-gu, where the complex will be built, and Gangseo-gu are being mentioned as candidate sites for the Ministry's relocation.
