On the 8th, the Korea Housing Association and the Seoul AI Foundation signed a memorandum of understanding for mutual cooperation between the two organizations to develop the housing construction industry utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) technology at the Seoul AI Smart City Center.
The two organizations plan to exchange various tasks, including ▲ cooperation for the creation of sustainable smart living environments ▲ sharing of AI data and information related to housing and urban areas ▲ joint discovery of community and urban regeneration projects based on AI.
Kim Jae-sik, the executive vice president of the Korea Housing Association, noted, "Recently, the housing industry has been showcasing various facilities for residential convenience using advanced technologies such as AI," and added, "If this memorandum of understanding creates a platform for interaction between the housing industry and advanced technologies, it will greatly contribute to the innovation of the residential culture for the public."
