DL E&C announced on 4th that it received the highest rating of 'Excellent' in the 'Mutual Cooperation Evaluation Among Construction Contractors' released by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.
The mutual cooperation evaluation was introduced by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport to promote balanced development in the construction industry and ensure efficient execution of construction projects by fostering cooperative relationships between general contractors and specialized contractors, as well as between large corporations and small and medium-sized enterprises.
The evaluation grants ratings based on a comprehensive assessment of joint contracting performance, subcontracting performance, fostering of partners, and credibility. Excellent companies are given benefits such as additional points when bidding for public projects through the Public Procurement Service and local governments, additional points when calculating construction capability evaluations, and reductions in penalties under construction-related laws.
DL E&C received the 'Excellent' rating this year after scoring high in areas such as ▲ Operating mutual growth councils ▲ Joint technology development and technical support. A total of 27 construction companies received the 'Excellent' rating.
To strengthen ESG management, DL E&C has operated an industry-leading win-win growth program and has consistently provided substantial support to its partner companies. It is also running the industry's first tailored graduate education support program for its partners, titled 'Construction Win-Win Management Course.' Efforts are being made to enhance productivity by supporting partners with smart construction technologies.
Additionally, DL E&C is working to create a safe work environment by conducting 'Safety Experience Training and Meetings' for the chief executive officers (CEOs) of partner companies. Every year at the end of the year, it also holds the 'Hansup Partners Day' event to award partner companies that have achieved outstanding results throughout the year.
