Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH) announced on the 4th that the LH Quality Test Certification Center has been selected as an 'Excellent Organization' for six consecutive years by the Environmental Resources Association (ERA) based on the results of the international proficiency test evaluation.
The Environmental Resources Association (ERA) is an international proficiency testing organization certified by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO/IEC 17043).
This year's evaluation was conducted in April for 160 testing organizations around the world. The LH Quality Test Certification Center received 'Satisfactory' ratings in all eight items necessary for measuring indoor air quality in the atmospheric field (seven types of volatile organic compounds and one type of formaldehyde).
LH received 'Satisfactory' ratings in all test items, qualifying it as an 'Excellent Organization.'
Ko Gwang-kyu, head of the LH Quality Test Certification Center, said, "This evaluation again acknowledges LH's ability to measure and analyze indoor air quality, which is meaningful. We will continue to enhance LH's quality testing and analysis capabilities to contribute to improving the quality of domestic construction projects and the living environment of multi-family housing."
