Daewoo E&C unveiled the 'private innovation' item for Gaepo Woosung No. 7 on the 4th. Daewoo E&C is competing with Samsung C&T for the construction rights of the Gaepo Woosung No. 7 reconstruction project. The association plans to select a construction company next month.
Daewoo E&C proposed a 'private elevator' for Gaepo Woosung No. 7. This is an item that is rarely seen not only in the Gaepo area but also in Gangnam apartment complexes, and is a design applied primarily in high-end villas in Cheongdam-dong or Hannam-dong. Daewoo E&C plans to make a bold investment to secure, on average, more than one elevator per unit for all the housing lines. This means that assuming there are four units per floor in one building, they have secured an average of more than four elevators, a design condition rarely found in apartment reconstruction.
Among them, all units of 84 types and above will have exclusive access to one elevator right in front of their front door, and for larger units, the elevator hall on the basement first floor and the first floor above ground will be separated for exclusive use, thereby creating a complete privacy residential complex. A representative from Daewoo E&C stated, "Implementing the 'private elevator' at Summit Praniti reflects Daewoo E&C's commitment and consideration to minimize the drawbacks of multi-family housing."
As previously disclosed, Daewoo E&C introduced a 'third-generation flat-type tower' that achieves 100% south-facing, 100% cross-ventilation, and 100% floor plans with four bays or more, despite being a tower-type main building. Furthermore, the major weakness of tower-type main buildings regarding household privacy has been addressed through structural and layout improvements, which will present a next-generation living space with no privacy infringement between adjacent lines.
Additionally, 'Summit Praniti' will showcase a total of 14 different private specialized programs in the amenity space. Facilities such as private gardens with different concepts for each building that block outside views and noise, private GDR rooms for individual use, private saunas that minimize contact with residents, and one-person studios as personal workspaces, along with a private cinema, private personal training room, private Pilates studio, and a private garage (parking space) will be available.
A representative from Daewoo E&C noted, "The fact that Hannam The Hill and Nine One Hannam have become the most expensive apartments in the country is largely due to the perfect guarantee of privacy within the complex and the minimization of interference between units," and added, "Daewoo E&C has incorporated private specialized designs suitable for high-end living in 'Summit Praniti.'"
