On the 2nd, Lotte Construction announced that it has provided the "Castling" service free of charge to residents of Lotte Castle as part of its customer satisfaction (CS) service.
"Castling" is an integrated customer satisfaction service that Lotte Construction launched in November 2022 to establish the brand's identity by creating a unified customer satisfaction experience. To enhance the satisfaction of Lotte Castle residents, a variety of theme-based free service programs are offered, including festivals, classes, eco-friendly activities, and cleaning services.
During this Castling service period, the festival featured practical services such as a magic show, jazz band performances, and knife sharpening, as well as experiential programs like life-sized photos, caricatures, and face painting, along with food trucks, cotton candy, and churros.
A Lotte Construction official noted, "The diverse food offerings, practical services, and experiential programs provided through this event received a positive response from the residents," and added, "We plan to continue providing various services to ensure resident satisfaction in the future."
