The Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH) announced on the 2nd that it will supply 551 lots covering 600,000 square meters nationwide in July.
The total supply area for the lots being provided this month is 606,429 square meters. Various types of land will be supplied, including ▲land for apartment housing (1 lot, 14,000 square meters) ▲single-family housing (332 lots, 89,000 square meters) ▲commercial and business land (98 lots, 83,000 square meters) ▲industrial and distribution land (92 lots, 374,000 square meters).
The land for apartment housing is located in the Seongnam Naksaeng public housing district, block D-1 for sale of multi-family housing. The supply land area is 14,001 square meters, and the planned supply price is 8.57 billion won. The land will be available for use starting in June 2027.
The land for single-family housing includes ▲Gimhae Jinrae (102 lots, 28,720 square meters) ▲Busan Jangan (46 lots, 12,271 square meters) ▲Guri Galmae station district (122 lots, 30,796 square meters) ▲Cheongju Jibuk (29 lots, 8,162 square meters), totaling 89,000 square meters with 332 lots. In the case of Gimhae Jinrae, the supply price is about 3.6 million won per 3.3 square meters, and payment will be made in 2-year interest-free installments. The land will be available for use starting this September.
The commercial and business land includes ▲Hwaseong Dongtan 2 (24 lots, 22,168 square meters) ▲Yangju Okjeong (8 lots, 8,991 square meters) ▲Uiwang Cheonggye 2 (2 lots, 4,122 square meters), totaling 83,000 square meters with 98 lots.
The supply price for the Yangju Okjeong district is about 6.5 million won per 3.3 square meters. Payment is available in 5-year interest-free partitioning, or additional options for a land return system or an 18-month grace period installment can be chosen. The land can be used immediately after full payment.
The industrial and distribution land includes ▲Jeonju Carbon Material National Industrial Complex (59 lots, 294,595 square meters) ▲Incheon Namdong City Advanced Industrial Complex (4 lots, 3,057 square meters) ▲Nam Cheongju Hyundo (8 lots, 44,642 square meters), totaling 374,000 square meters with 92 lots.
In the Jeonju Carbon Material National Industrial Complex district, a total of 59 lots for industrial facilities covering 294,595 square meters will be supplied. The supply price is about 1.6 million won per 3.3 square meters, with payment under a 3-year installment plan with interest. The land will be available for use starting in July 2028.
