Dongbu Corporation announced on the 1st that it achieved a cumulative order amount of 600 billion won in civil engineering projects this year, securing successive contracts for urban housing redevelopment projects in Seoul.
On this day, Dongbu Corporation secured two projects: the 'Seoksu Station area Moa Town blocks 1, 2, and 3 urban housing redevelopment project' in Geumcheon District and the '145-66 Cheonho-dong urban housing redevelopment project' in Gangdong District.
The Seoksu Station area Moa Town blocks 1, 2, and 3 project involves the construction of 10 apartment buildings with a total of 576 units, ranging from 2 underground floors to 15 above-ground floors, at 972 Sihung 3-dong in Geumcheon District, with an estimated construction cost of about 190 billion won.
The 145-66 Cheonho-dong project will consist of two apartment buildings with 242 units, ranging from 3 underground floors to 27 above-ground floors, at the corresponding site, with an estimated construction cost of about 95.5 billion won.
Dongbu Corporation stated that it successfully secured orders through the differentiated exterior design of its dwelling brand 'Centrebil,' eco-friendly landscape design, specialized unit design, and reasonable conditions and construction costs.
Additionally, Dongbu Corporation plans to pursue the 'Gaepo Hyundai 4th small-scale reconstruction project' in Ilwon-dong, Gangnam District, Seoul. A representative from Dongbu Corporation noted, "We will continue to achieve results in various housing projects, including reconstruction and redevelopment, as well as public and private sales, by emphasizing the differentiated product competitiveness and customer-centric design of Centrebil."
