A mid-sized housing company will supply around 6,000 dwellings nationwide next month. This is about a 15% decrease compared to the same period a year ago.
The Korea Housing Builders Association noted on the 30th that 12 member companies plan to supply a total of 5,993 dwellings across 12 business sites in July. This figure is a decrease of 1,082 dwellings (15.2%) from 7,075 dwellings in July of last year.
By region, 35 dwellings will be supplied in Seoul, particularly in Bongcheon-dong, Gwanak District, and Itaewon-dong, Yongsan District. The total supply of dwellings in the metropolitan area, which includes Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi, is 1,116 dwellings, a 70% decrease compared to a year ago. Supplies will also take place in Busan (2,070 dwellings), Gangwon (1,974 dwellings), Gyeonggi (1,081 dwellings), North Jeolla (507 dwellings), North Chungcheong (243 dwellings), and Jeju (83 dwellings).
