GS Engineering and Construction announced on the 26th that it will open the model home for 'Asan Tangjeong Jiai Central City' in the area of 147-4 Dongsan-ri, Tangjeong-myeon, Asan City, Chungcheongnam-do, on the 27th and will begin sales.
Asan Tangjeong Jiai Central City consists of 1,238 units across 9 buildings, with a total floor area ranging from 59㎡A (65 units), 59㎡B (65 units), 84㎡A (715 units), 84㎡B (291 units), 84㎡C (95 units), 125㎡PA (3 units), to 125㎡PB (4 units).
The application schedule is set to start on July 2 with special supply on the Korea Real Estate Board (REB) application home, followed by first priority applications on the 3rd and second priority applications on the 4th. The winners are expected to be announced on the 10th, with the contract signing for winners scheduled for three days from the 21st to the 23rd. Move-in is expected in the first half of 2028.
Eligibility for applications allows those aged 19 and over residing in Asan City, Chungnam, Daejeon City, and Sejong City, with an application savings account for more than six months, to apply as first priority if they meet the required deposit based on the area and unit size. Additionally, even if a dwelling is owned, they can still apply as first priority, and there are no restrictions on re-winning. Immediate resale is possible after paying the full contract deposit (10%).
The revised application system will also apply, providing additional special supply opportunities for households with children born after June 19 of last year, even if they previously received a special supply, limited to newlyweds, multi-child, and elderly care types. Furthermore, both spouses can apply for special supply (with the winning priority given to the earlier applicants in case of duplicate wins), and while previously only households without homes during the marriage period were eligible for the newlywed special supply, now households with members without homes as of the application announcement date can apply.
Asan Tangjeong Jiai Central City is located at the center connecting the area with the highest residential preference in Cheonan, the Bul-dang district, and the large-scale land development project, Asan Tangjeong 2 district (planned). The Bul-dang district leads the real estate market in the Asan-Cheonan area and is equipped with abundant living infrastructure and educational institutions representing Cheonan. The Asan Tangjeong 2 district is a large-scale urban development project accommodating about 46,000 people. In particular, Asan Tangjeong Jiai Central City plans to improve accessibility to the Bul-dang district through the establishment of new connecting roads.
