The Parkside Suite, being developed on the United Nations Command site in Yongsan Park, is setting a new standard in the high-end residential market.
According to the real estate industry on the 19th, The Parkside Seoul mixed-use development project is highlighted as the first residential complex, featuring amenities directly operated by a global hotel brand, a culmination of world-class finishes, and a unique view overlooking Korea's only large-scale park.
The kitchen will feature the premium kitchen brand Dada from the Italian Molteni&C group. The bathroom walls and floor finishes will utilize tiles from Italy's top three tile manufacturers: LEA Ceramiche, Nuovocorso, and Italgraniti.
Each type will provide private balcony space, and some units will be designed with a specialized layout that offers views of Yongsan Park. Notably, the optional room structure connected by consolidation to the living room allows residents to configure their units into various spaces such as home offices, libraries, and guest rooms.
The curvilinear facade designed by the American architectural firm KPF creatively completes the exterior, inspired by the waves of the Han River. Notably, the rooftop garden of Building A, architecturally captivating from the direction of Noksapyeong-daero, offers a panoramic view of the Han River and Yongsan Park.
Nearby, significant urban developments such as the Yongsan International Business District, the Camp Kim development site, and Hannam New Town are converging, drawing attention as future assets in the city center. A complex space will be created, organically incorporating hotels, retail, and cultural facilities centered around The Parkside Mall, which is expected to cover about 39,000 square meters and a 330-meter-long pedestrian-only axis called The Parkside Way.
The model house for The Parkside Suite will be established at The Parkside Seoul Gallery in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and is expected to open next month.
A representative from The Parkside Suite noted, "We aim to clarify the identity of 'luxury living space' through a selection that considers the emotion of the space and the quality of life," adding that, "Beyond merely luxurious finishes, a residential environment imbued with philosophy and identity for an upscale lifestyle will provide practicality and pride for residents while setting a new standard in the high-end market."
