Hanwha Construction (hereafter Hanwha Construction) announced on the 19th that it is conducting a first-come, first-served sale of the brand apartment "Doma Forena Haemoro" in a joint construction with HJ Shipbuilding & Construction at 181-1 Doma-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon (Doma and Byeondong 9 Redevelopment Promotion Zone).
Doma Forena Haemoro is emerging as a station area complex as the construction of Daejeon Metro Line 2 commenced in December of last year. A new tram station, Doma Station (tentative name), will be established in the Doma Neighborhood.
Daejeon Metro Line 2 tram is a total length of 38.8km route that circulates around Daejeon and includes a circular line that traverses five autonomous districts of Daejeon, comprising 45 stations and one vehicle depot, with a total project cost of 1.5 trillion won. The city of Daejeon plans to officially open Metro Line 2 at the end of 2028 following a construction period of 3 years and 6 months and a 6-month test operation.
A representative from Hanwha Construction explained, "Following the groundbreaking ceremony for Daejeon Metro Line 2, investor interest has surged, resulting in a rapid increase in visits to the model house, and the remaining supply is also quickly depleting."
Doma Forena Haemoro is a redevelopment project that transforms a large-scale aging housing area into a mini new town consisting of over 25,000 dwellings. It will consist of 818 units in 7 buildings, ranging from 3 basement levels to 34 stories above ground, with exclusive areas from 39 to 101㎡. Among these, there are 568 units available for general sale.
The Doma and Byeondong district, where Doma Forena Haemoro will be located, is expected to transform into a brand town with over 25,000 dwellings through a large-scale urban redevelopment project, including Doma E-Pyeonhan Sesang Forena (Zone 8) and Hoban Summit Grand Central (Zone 11).
Additionally, with the final selection of Gyocheon-dong in Yuseong-gu, Daejeon, as a candidate site for the national industrial complex for nanotechnology and semiconductors, Doma Forena Haemoro, located 7-8 km away from the planned industrial complex, is also regarded as a beneficiary complex.
The vicinity of the complex boasts a well-connected transportation network, including GyeBaek-ro, Doma Neighborhood, and Daedunsan-ro, facilitating easy access to the Honam Expressway, Daejeon Southern Circular Expressway, and Tongyeong-Daejeon Expressway. The Daejeon Southwest Terminal and KTX Seodaejeon Station, as well as Daejeon Line 1 Seodaejeon Neighborhood station, are also nearby.
Within a 10-minute walk are Daesin Middle and High Schools, and the complexes are also within a radius of 1 km of Boksoo Elementary, Daejeon Samyuk Elementary (private), BeoDae Middle, and Jeil High School. Within 3 km, residents can access Daejeon Oworld amusement park, as well as Daejeon Root Park and forest recreation areas.
Residents can also utilize the Doma Neighborhood commercial area, which has a concentration of retail stores, hospitals, and banks (5 minutes on foot), and the Doma Grand Market is nearby.
