Hyundai E&C has embarked on implementing future housing strategies to commemorate the 10th anniversary of its high-end residential brand 'The H.'
Hyundai E&C announced on the 11th that it aims to realize a future-oriented residential platform at key project sites such as Apgujeong District 2 through its four major innovation strategies. The four strategies are ▲ All Life Care House ▲ H Silent Solution ▲ Neo Frame ▲ Zero Energy, among four solutions.
The All Life Care House is a future-oriented residential service that integrates and manages lifestyle factors such as sleep, exercise, and diet by utilizing genetic analysis and AI-based health data. It includes external environment control and medical linkage functions to create a personalized well-being environment.
The H Silent Solution is an inter-floor noise reduction system that includes high-performance cushioning materials and low-frequency noise blocking technology. It has been implemented in some complexes such as The H Daechi Edelweiss and is evolving into an integrated system that encompasses structural design and noise detection technology.
Neo Frame is a ramen structure supported by columns and beams without internal walls, providing both spatial flexibility and inter-floor noise reduction effects. Hyundai E&C plans to expand the practical application of this structure in multi-family housing through technical certification.
In the zero-energy institutional sector, it has been demonstrated that high-rise apartments can achieve energy independence through Hills State Lake Songdo Phase 1 in 2019. As of this month, the mandatory implementation of Zero Energy Building (ZEB) design has begun, and Hyundai E&C is accelerating the development of advanced technologies such as energy storage systems (ESS).
Lee In-ki, head of the Housing Business Division at Hyundai E&C, noted, 'We are developing a total residential solution that encompasses both hardware and software to meet the changing needs of our customers,' and stated, 'We will implement a new concept life platform in strategic project sites such as Apgujeong District 2.'
