POSCO Engineering & Construction announced on the 8th that it will open a promotional hall in the Yongsan Maintenance Center, located on the 4th floor of Yongsan Bergamo, 3 Han River Road, Yongsan District, showcasing 'Otiere Yongsan.'
The promotional hall will display a design model of 'Otiere Yongsan,' created in collaboration with the global architectural firm UNStudio. Visitors can appreciate the exterior design inspired by the curves of the Han River's waves and two pairs of sky bridges.
Visitors can examine a view simulation of the Han River using artificial intelligence (AI) technology.
The exhibition will also feature generational interiors and key finishing materials based on the design of famous interior designer Yang Tae-oh.
POSCO Engineering & Construction plans to place the lighting of the Danish global luxury lighting brand 'Verpan' in the living room. The living room windows will use 'Schüco,' known as 'the luxury brand of window frames.'
POSCO Engineering & Construction will explain the project and financial conditions directly to the members of the Yongsan Maintenance Center's Zone 1 and will also provide customized tax consultations. The promotional hall will operate without holidays until the 21st.
