Kumho Engineering & Construction's new residential brand 'ARTERA' will debut in Busan.
Kumho Engineering & Construction announced on the 2nd that it is conducting a first-come, first-served sale of 'Ecodelta City ARTERA' at the A24 block in Gangdong-dong, Gangseo District, Busan. This complex will consist of 16 buildings with 2 basement levels and 16 above ground, offering a total of 1,025 units in sizes of 59㎡ and 84㎡. As it is a public offering project with private participation, a pricing cap is applied, and occupancy is expected in March 2028.
'Ecodelta City ARTERA' is Kumho Engineering & Construction's first entry into Busan for the new residential brand 'ARTERA', which was launched in 2024. 'ARTERA' is a name that combines 'ART' and 'TERRA', as well as 'ERA', aiming to create an emotional living space that goes beyond simple housing, realizing 'art on the ground.'
'Ecodelta City ARTERA' features units of the 59㎡ type, which account for approximately 63% of the total. The 59㎡C type includes a powder room and a dressing room, while the 84㎡A type has a home bar, pantry, and alpha room. Additionally, all units will provide a sense of openness with advanced systems such as wall pads and smart switches, as well as glass railing designs.
The complex will include luxurious community facilities, such as a sky lounge and guesthouse on the top floor, an indoor gym, and an indoor golf practice area. Specialized family-oriented facilities, including a kids' room, small library, youth cultural space, study room, and community care center, will also be established.
In the center of the complex, a sunken community plaza, featuring water facilities and media facades, will be created, providing a residential environment where residents can enjoy artistic sensitivity and complete relaxation in their daily lives.

The model home for 'Ecodelta City ARTERA' is located at 31 Gwangjang-ro, Sasang-gu, Busan (Gwaebeop-dong 532-7).
