It has been confirmed that the person who made the highest-priced transaction at 'Raemian Won Bailey' in Banpo-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, is the founder of Mega MGC Coffee.
According to the real transaction system of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, a unit of 234.98 square meters at Raemian Won Bailey was transacted for 16.5 billion won (35th floor) in February this year. This is the highest-priced transaction in the complex.
According to the property registration certificate, the buyer is Mr. A, the founder of Mega MGC Coffee. It appears that former representative Ha, who resided in another building at Raemian Won Bailey, purchased the property. The ownership registration was completed this month.
Raemian Won Bailey is a complex that Samsung C&T has integrated and reconstructed from Sinbanpo 3rd and Gyeongnam Apartments. With four basement levels, 35 floors above ground, and 2,990 units across 23 buildings, it was completed in August 2023 and is currently regarded as one of the most expensive apartments in the country. In March this year, a unit with a designated area of 84 square meters, known as the 'people's standard' in this complex, was transacted for 7 billion won. This marks the first case in the country where the price per 3.3 square meters for apartments, based on the people's standard, has surpassed 200 million won.
