BS Hanyang announced on the 27th that the 'Daejeon Cultural Park Sujain,' constructed by the company and marketed by KB Real Estate Trust, is scheduled to be supplied in June.
Daejeon Cultural Park Sujain will consist of a total of 509 units across 11 buildings, with three underground floors and 16 above ground, located at 47 Culture-dong, Jung-gu, Daejeon. The project will be conducted as a borrowing-type land trust, with the project executor, Culture Dream Park Development, entrusting all funding, construction orders, sales, management, and operations to KB Real Estate Trust.
The private park special project is a scheme where a private developer develops public land designated for parks and donates it, while a portion is developed into an apartment complex. A park will be created adjacent to the complex, providing a pleasant residential environment.
Daejeon Cultural Park Sujain allows residents to enjoy both the comforts of nature and urban infrastructure. A large-scale park, approximately 157,000 square meters (about 47,000 pyeong), is planned to be established around the complex, where facilities such as walking paths and plazas can be used closely like landscaping features of the complex.
Located within a five-minute walk from the complex is the Hanbat Cultural and Sports Center, which opened earlier this month, and one of the largest public libraries in the central region, Hanbat Library. Additionally, Chungnam National University Hospital is about 1.4 kilometers away, accessible by car within five minutes. Major supermarkets such as Costco and Homeplus are within a two-kilometer radius, along with easy access to the Daejeon Line Seodaejeon Intersection Station and KTX Seodaejeon Station railway transport.
Several transportation developments are also planned. The opening of the Chungcheong region metropolitan railway Cultural Station around the complex is expected to significantly improve access to Sejong Special Self-Governing City. Residents will also benefit from the already underway construction of the Daejeon Line 2 tram. When the Daejeon Line 2 tram, which cycles through 38.8 kilometers of the city center, opens in 2028, accessibility throughout Daejeon will improve.
Each unit is designed in a four-bay structure that offers excellent natural light and ventilation, with some units featuring balconies that allow for panoramic views of Bomunsan Mountain. Additionally, round gates and feature wall lighting for the landmark building are also set to be installed.
A representative from BS Hanyang noted, "Celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, Sujain has supplied landmarks in key areas of the metropolitan area with outstanding products such as the super-high-rise Hankang Sujain Graciel with 1,152 units at Cheongnyangni Station and the large-scale 3,058-unit Hankang Sujain Obsent. In Daejeon, we are planning to supply the Daejeon Cultural Park Sujain, followed by the Daejeon Boksoo-dong 2 area (893 units), with the latter half of the year also scheduled for the supply of complexes in key locations such as Incheon Yonghyeon Hakik, Gimpo Pungmu, and Busan Hanyang Plaza, thereby strengthening the brand power of Sujain."
