GS Engineering and Construction announced on the 26th that it plans to distribute 'Asan Tangjeong Xi Central City' next month.
Located in the area of Dongsan-ri 147-4, Tangjeong-myeon, Asan, 'Asan Tangjeong Xi Central City' is a follow-up complex to 'Asan Tangjeong Xi First City,' which recorded a subscription competition rate of up to 138 to 1 at the end of last year. A total of 3,673 Xi brand townhouses will be established through the Asan New Town Central City Urban Development Project (Blocks A1, A2, A3).
'Asan Tangjeong Xi Central City' consists of a total of 1,238 units in eight buildings with 35 floors above ground, including unit sizes of ▲59㎡A for 65 units, ▲59㎡B for 65 units, ▲84㎡A for 715 units, ▲84㎡B for 291 units, ▲84㎡C for 95 units, ▲125㎡PA for 3 units, and ▲125㎡PB for 4 units.
'Asan Tangjeong Xi Central City' is situated in a central location connecting the high residential preference area of Buldang district in Cheonan and the large-scale land development project Asan Tangjeong 2 district (planned). The Buldang district boasts abundant living infrastructure and a private academy district representative of Cheonan, while the large-scale urban development project, designed to accommodate approximately 46,000 people, is expected to commence construction this year with a target completion date of 2029.
'Asan Tangjeong Xi Central City' is strategically located for easy access to various industrial complexes in Cheonan and Asan. It allows for quick movement to Samsung Asan Display Campus, Asan Display City, Samsung Electronics Nano City Onyang Campus, and provides easy access to Tangjeong, Cheonan General Industrial Complexes 2, 3, and 4.
The Asan Cheonan Station provides convenient access to the metropolitan area, and with the future establishment of the KTX Cheonan Asan Station Urban Complex Transfer Center, transportation conditions are expected to improve significantly. Large shopping malls, such as Galleria Department Store and Costco, can also be conveniently accessed.
'Asan Tangjeong Xi Central City' features a southern-oriented layout for optimal sunlight and ventilation, with some units applying a four-bay, three-sided balcony floor plan to enhance openness, along with the inclusion of penthouses. Additionally, pantry and dressing room designs have been incorporated to enhance storage space and usability.
The community center 'Club Xian' is planned to include a fitness club, golf practice range, GX room, sauna, and reading room, while the top floor of the main building will feature a residents-only sky lounge 'Club Cloud,' which will include a book café and guesthouse.

The model home for 'Asan Tangjeong Xi Central City' is expected to be established at 1517 Buldang-dong, Seobuk-gu, Cheonan (near the Buldang 119 Safety Center), with occupancy scheduled for the first half of 2028.
