Lotte Construction announced on the 18th that it has completed 100% of the contracts for the general sale of 3,053 units at 'Gyeyang Lotte Castle Park City' in Hyosung-dong, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon.
'Gyeyang Lotte Castle Park City' is a large complex with a total of 3,053 units, making it the largest in terms of supply among single complexes to be sold in Seoul and the metropolitan area in 2024. The first phase consists of 20 buildings with 1,964 units (exclusive areas of 59, 84, and 108 square meters) across 2 basement levels to a maximum of 26 floors, while the second phase comprises 10 buildings with 1,089 units (exclusive area of 84 square meters) from 2 basement levels to a maximum of 25 floors, with move-in expected in November 2027.
This complex is expected to benefit from various transportation improvements being reviewed and pursued, including the GTX D and E lines, the Cheongna extension of the Daechang-Hongdae line, and the undergroundization of the Gyeongin Expressway. Additionally, it is adjacent to a super-sized park equivalent to 11 soccer fields and Cheonmasan.
