The Korea Housing Construction Association announced on the 8th that it will conduct 'prevention and response training for construction disputes' targeting its member companies at the Construction Hall in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, at 2 p.m. on the 14th.
In this training, experts in construction litigation and specialized attorneys in construction defects will be invited to discuss key issues with high cost estimation ratios in defect lawsuits and response strategies at construction sites. Additionally, it plans to analyze construction appraisal practices and key precedents that are used as grounds for judgment in actual lawsuits to establish effective response measures.
A representative of the association noted, 'This training was organized to enhance understanding of the types of defects that frequently occur at various stages of dwelling projects, including design, construction, and completion,' and added, 'We expect this training to be of great help in finding solutions for the various disputes arising from multi-family dwellings.'
